The US stock market tumbled last week due to fear of rising US debt. The Dow Jones dropped 699 points, the biggest since 2008. US credit rating was downgraded for the first time from AAA to AA. China the biggest holder of US debt (USD 1.2 Trillion Treasury debt) demanded the US government to tighthen their budget. What is happening to the US economy? Are there any solution for their debt problem? What will happen to US stock market? Will the US stock market drop further next week? Is there going to be a double dip? How low will it go?......no one can really answer that.
